When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally dispatched 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via allocated 24hr courier service. Delivery within mainland UK will take no longer then 48hrs from dispatch. Ireland & Scottish highlands may take 3-5 days while Europe can take up to 8 days depending on location . Any delays/late deliveries are out of our control as we use a third party courier service.Pre-order items will take longer as specified on the product page. 
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once an order has been placed tracking details will be provided when the item has been dispatched. You can then track your order online by visiting your account to check the status of your parcel.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do. Standard delivery applies to Mainland UK only. If you live outside of Mainland UK there is an additional surcharge which has to be paid. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands,  Northern Ireland or Europe please email us for a quote for shipping to your location.
Can I select the day for delivery?
Yes you can. When you checkout, please use the form to notify us exactly when you would like to have your item delivered. We use a Next Day delivery service which only takes place during weekdays.
How do I cancel my order?

Do you ship to a PO Box or BFPO?
No, unfortunately the couriers we use to ship our products require a physical address as items need to be signed for.
What is the Warranty period?
The Fitnessform Trainer comes with a 1 year Warranty. The warranty applies to cost for parts only.

What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with your Fitnessform elliptical Cross Trainer . If you are not completely satisfied we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. All returns made during this period will be refunded in full minus the cost of delivery and return costs as long as the fitness cross trainer is returned in original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Before returning the cross trainer you should email us on to discuss reason for return and whether we may resolve any problems you have with the cross trainer or to arrange a return.
Assembling cross trainer
Assembly is required on most of our equipment. If you are based in London and would like someone to assemble the exercise bike for you this would cost £60 including delivery. Please email us at for further details.
